Verizon FiOS Lives up to Its Promise

Published on August 1, 2009

Compared to other subscribers who complains about FiOS service, typically the billing procedures, we actually have a really say about their service.

Ours is really different, we had are what we could say a satisfied customer and I congratulate FiOS for being one of the highest ranking in customer service. They not only have a very good customer service but they actually leave up to their promise-its really a different TV experience one could ever have in just cable TV. I had Comcast before and the service was bad . When there is a service interruption. We have to asked for other subscribers within the community if they already reported the problem, that way Comcast will have to announce what really is the problem. Because if we are not going to unite, we have to schedule a service visit a day or two after the incident, which is a burden. It has been Comcast’ habit of delivering service-wait for people to react before doing something about it. If they could get away with the trouble of dealing with its subscribers, why not. The reason why I hate Comcast.

When FiOS was offered here, I immediately call them up and, and subscribed to Verizon Fios and that’s an impromptu decision so far I never regret in my life. Aside that it’s much cheaper, it’s delivers more channels - 100% digital channels, we also get to keep the programs we had with Comcast. Nothing really changed so bad, in fact it was much better having more channels plus the HD channels I could brag about.

With its customer service, I have no complain about that, as mentioned, they live up to their promise. I’m amazed with how FiOS delivers its service. Other family members who did not support me with switching to other provider actually pushed me to also subscribe to FiOS Internet, and Verizon FiOS phone services and I actually did. Verizon FiOS’s services is really something you must buy and experience the over-all difference. That is, if you really want’ something really great with you TV experience.
